The volume is divided into three levels of analysis. First the theoretical background of radical critique as a method of teacher training. Secondly, the description of a seminar / type of training and the definition of a specific and unique methodology that allows you to experiment in different operational situations. Finally on the description / interpretation of the three application areas - schools, nursing professions, education area - in which, through the exemplary nature of some practical experiences, we bring into play the different professions education. Conceived as a model of educational intervention, the text is presented in the form of a tool / guide for those who were engaged to deal with the crisis of educational change in the various fields of work, wanting to take a perspective that binds the theme of radical formation analysis of complex cultural and social processes. In this sense the volume is addressed not only to scholars and students of educational disciplines and humanities, but especially teachers, educators and leaders of health professions.
