Many of these debates with the conditions of constant lines like "you were better off when we were worse" and so on.


on this principle is easy to bring out some obvious differences in hotel management taking into consideration only 10 years of comparison.


In 2001 I heard advice: "For a good hotel management should have ..... you should do .."


In 2011, I still feel lucky to even suggest.

mediocre in my experience, ten years ago I noticed a strong attention to correspondence online. It was an exchange fairly challenging, especially with mothers who had three or four children in a timely than ten months and therefore require different information. The satisfaction was to leave the call center phone system that could cause some disruption with the customer to the front office ... in fact front face.

But really necessary for good management to have a good sense of hospitality and make sense to you.

Senza queste basi, acquistate da aziende competenti, NON SEI NESSUNO....Questo mi sento dire.


Considerando che di questi cinque almeno 3 o forse 4 figurano come canoni annui, mettiti in testa che nei tre anni iniziali d attività potresti sostenere una spesa di 10-15 mila euro. Si parla sempre di prodotti "VALIDI".


Forse era meglio l'attitudine a fare ospitalità....
